Aharyo is an Ahmedabad-based zero-commission food delivery app that lets you order food at original restaurant menu prices without hidden markups or dynamic pricing.
The Challenge
The client needed a food ordering platform that could handle real-time order tracking, multiple restaurant vendors, and payments, without the slow, clunky checkout common in the category.
Existing tools didn't scale across web and mobile, and vendor onboarding was entirely manual.

We built a unified web and mobile experience with a shared backend, real-time order status, and a self-serve vendor dashboard for menus, pricing and availability.
Checkout was redesigned around fewer steps and saved payment methods to reduce drop-off.
